Sr Publisher Success Manager UK

Overview

Opt Out Advertising’s Sr Publisher Success Manager UK is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships with all major publishers and publisher groups in the UK. This role has a primary focus on developing and maintaining meaningful partnerships across the supply side of the UK market, major publishers, and publisher groups in the UK. The role requires a clear understanding of the OOA product suite, proposition, and the European and British privacy legislation from a strategic and technical standpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publisher Business Development
    • Responsible for building partnerships with all the top tier publishers and publisher groups in the UK market
    • Prospect, develop, connect, and maintain critical partnerships across top tier publishers and publisher groups in the UK market to grow Opt Out Advertising’s position in the UK market.
    • Establish Opt Out Advertising as a premium and unique partner/brand for publishers, this includes speaking at industry events or industry panels.
    • Build and negotiate effectively with UK top tier publishers and publisher groups in the UK market to secure sustainable commercial partnerships.
    • Ensure publisher acquisition targets are met.
    • Conduct quarterly business reviews with our top tier publishers.
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Implement UK specific supply strategies, tactics, and tools.
    • Keep EMEA sales director informed of monthly target and figures.
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work with Account Managers, and other internal teams to ensure seamless technical integration.
    • Responsible for maintaining the UK site list & updating internal CRM systems.
  • Translate Client Insight to internal Product Team
    • Provide feedback to the company on how to best service publishers’ needs.

Profile

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or similar, master’s degree preferred.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in prospecting, activating, and maintaining relationships with top tier UK publishers.
  • Experience working at a publisher business or direct supply-side ad tech experience would be highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of successful building partnerships, creative deal making, and effective relationship management.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding targets and sales activity targets, including in person and video sales meetings.
  • Extensive (and verifiable) network of publisher relationships
  • Deep familiarity with ad tech trends, the programmatic landscape, and how ad exchanges operate to maximize yield for publishers.
Skills
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the AdTech space and business development strategy.
  • Ability to develop compelling pitch documents and present confidently to prospects.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Comfortable with frequent changes in prioritization of time and focus, in a fast-paced environment

Sr Sales Manager UK

Overview

Opt Out Advertising’s Sr Sales Manager UK is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships with all major agency holding groups in the UK. This role has a primary focus on developing and maintaining meaningful partnerships across the UK market, with agencies, brands direct, and strategic partners. The role requires a clear understanding of the OOA product suite, proposition, and the European and British privacy legislation from a strategic and technical standpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
  • Responsible for a book of business of £1,0M (yearly goal), driving predominantly new business in the UK market. This role is responsible for prospecting, activating, and maintaining agency sales.
  • Prospect, develop and maintain critical partnerships across agencies, agencies client’s teams and brands to grow Opt Out Advertising’s position in the UK market.
  • Personal Revenue Development, actively being out in market pitching OOA to an owned patch of clients and contributing to the overall revenue generation in the UK market.
  • Build and negotiate effectively with UK agencies and clients direct to secure sustainable commercial annual partnerships.
  • Ensure sales targets are met.
Leadership and Strategy
  • Implement UK specific demand strategies, tactics, and tools.
  • Support training of new team members.
  • Keep EMEA sales director informed on monthly target and figures.
Internal Collaboration
